Q: How serious are suicide and depression?

A: Despite what others might say you do not have to be diagnosed depressed in order to be depressed. 3.3 million-reportedly- Americans suffer from depression. And every 43 seconds someone has committed suicide. Please DO NOT joke about it. It's not something to take too lightly.

Q: What is the mission of this movement?
A: The mission is to help someone ,somewhere, somehow. Everyone needs something positive. To ultimately, try to save someone's life.

-extreme irritability over minor things
-anxiety and restlessness
-anger management issues
-loss of interest in favorite activities
-fixation on the past or on things that have gone wrong
