13 positive things to tell your self. Do one each hour of the day, then do one extra before bed. Get into the habit of beating what people are telling you. Pshhh you don't need someone in your life if they are going to be negative. Words hurt. Words are like knives. I used to wear my heart on my sleeve but... because of my past experience with depression...I'm no longer letting someone else take charge of my life.
I know I have a lot to live for. ❤️
That doesn't mean I still don't have my down days. My days where I think I suck..yes, I still have them. But you know what? It took something amazing for me to realize how amazing I am. How beautiful I was and not because a man told me. I didn't have to change how I looked, the way I dressed, the way I spent my days with my family. It took me changing the way I think. Then it changed the way I felt.
Get into the habit of saying these things. Look in the mirror and say these things. You got this!
And remember you are enough! In fact after each sentence and each part of the day, I want you to say you are enough. Remind yourself that there's always a way. And life doesn't have to be the way that it is now.
